The ladies ring is marked 10K K08 yellow gold. The ring appears to be a size 6.75 and approximately measure 11.15mm down to 1.62mm in tapered width from top center to bottom center and approximately weighs 3.2 grams. The ring contain one (1) marquise cut purple amethyst approximately measuring 9mm in length by 5mm in width, two (2) heart amethyst approximately measuring 5mm and two (2) round diamonds approximately measuring 1mm/0.005ct.. The carat weight is unknown. The ring in good used condition. Please keep in mind all of our pieces are used and they do show minor signs of use.
